It is clear that humankind and your permaculture would benefit with a foundation of equality. If those (of us) who have that extra dollar to spend would allow/instigate/insist upon a Basic Income system we would find that more self sustaining home farming (urban and rural) could arise, your products could be afforded by more people and those that could not afford would at least not be consuming products that relied on mass deforestation and environmental devastation for their production (burger meat and palm oil etc). Despite your positive endorsement of technological innovation in food production I sense a resigned attitude that suggests that the rich shall eat real food and the poor shall eat manufactured foods. Indeed that is the case now. Great works (such as yours) can not get the traction needed to make deep change when in isolation. Equality (at least lesser disparity initially) is the fertile soil that your products and everything else about humanity can establish their roots in.
